Located in the heart of the Lake Sunapee Region, we are perfectly situated for year-round fun ~ one half mile from the entrance to Mount Sunapee or the State Beach, a public boat launch, and the children’s playground. We are a short drive to Pat’s Peak for tubing or night skiing.

All 12 rooms have a picture window overlooking Lake Sunapee with heat, seasonal a/c, private bath, hair dryer, alarm clock, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, single serve coffee maker, and a flat screen TV. Some units have private screened porches; others have outdoor patio sitting areas. All rooms and porches are non-smoking. Limited pet friendly rooms available.
