We are excited to introduce you to Newbury Deli! With over 20 years of experience in the food industry, including 15 with the renowned Whole Foods Market, Jay Brazoban together with his wife, Hannah, has purchased the deli from previous owners Henry and Jessica and reopened it as Newbury Deli.
Jay’s family owned a bodega on 179 Park Avenue in the South Bronx where Jay grew up eating sandwiches made with classic Boars Head deli meats. His favorite sandwich, made by his dad, was a perfectly seasoned Italian. Jay is committed to providing the highest quality delicatessen products and nothing less.
Your neighborhood deli, founded in 2004 by Louis Marzelli, has been a local favorite for two decades and will be honoring its Marzelli Deli roots by continuing to offer classic Italian take-out dishes like spaghetti bolognese, creamy fettuccine alfredo, eggplant parmesan, and chicken piccata. Offering quality Boars Head meats, you can expect delicious hot paninis, classic hot and cold deli sandwiches, subs and wraps, breakfast sandwiches and cold deli salads. And if you’re planning a special event or feeding a crowd, they’ll create custom menus tailored to your specific needs.
