The Dartmouth Youth Wind Ensemble
DYWE welcomes all grade 6-8 students and offers young musicians the opportunity to attend weekly rehearsals and play alongside Dartmouth undergraduates in every section. Students will receive individual guidance in sectionals and will enjoy playing with their peers while improving their musical talents.
The program begins on Saturday, January 20th and consists of weekly rehearsals from 9:30 – 11:30 AM, and culminates with a free and open to the public concert on March 3rd at 1:30 PM in Spaulding Auditorium. All woodwind, brass, and percussion students are welcome and the cost of playing with the ensemble is $45.
