Tick and Lyme Disease Talk at the WCA

Dr. Alan Eaton will be at the WCA Red Barn on October 12 to discuss tick biology, Lyme and other infectious diseases. He is a terrific speaker and will be dealing with a timely topic.
The Wilmot Community Association and the Wilmot Conservation Commission will host an illustrated talk about ticks and Lyme Disease at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12 at the Red Barn, 64 Village Road.
Through an audiovisual presentation Alan Eaton, Ph.D., an entomologist with UNH Cooperative Extension, will discuss tick biology, the diseases they spread to humans in New Hampshire and how people can minimize the chances of becoming a victim.
