The DoBros\, a local folkgrass/rock band\, are scheduled to play on the MainStreet Warner Stage from 7:30 to 10 PM. There will be numerous activities and entertainment throughout downtown on Saturday\, October 6\, from 9 AM to 9 PM\, and Sunday\, October 7\, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Parking is $5 and will be at the west end of town\, with free shuttle bus service to and from the festival. \nThe festival’s center will be located downtown Warner around Main Street\, and there will be easy access to the midway\, food tents and outdoors picnicking. As always\, there will be crafters\, a farmers market\, rides\, food\, parades\, road races\, raffles\, music\, country breakfasts and dinners…and much more. \nA renovated location behind The Foothills restaurant will host an Oxen Pull competition on Saturday starting at 9:30 AM. In this same location\, our very popular Woodsmen competition begins on Sunday at 11 AM. \nThe festival is organized by hundreds of local volunteers. As always\, there will be crafters\, a farmers market\, rides\, food\, parades\, road races\, raffles\, music\, country breakfasts and dinners…and much more. \nA renovated location behind The Foothills restaurant will host an Oxen Pull competition on Saturday starting at 9:30 AM. DESCRIPTION:On October 12\, 2019\, Columbus Day Weekend\, Newport NH will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the rebuilding of the Corbin Covered Bridge in 1994. \nThe bridge had been burned by an arsonist in May 1993 and through negotiations\, meetings\, research and hard work\, the historic bridge was replicated in both style and means of construction. \nThe October 1994 Covered Bridge Festival saw 9000 people come from all over New England to witness two teams of oxen pulling the bridge into place\, inch by inch. \nNow\, twenty-five years later\, the Newport Historical Society and the Corbin Bridge 25th Anniversary committee invite you to a celebration like the one in 1994. \nMore than 25 events are currently planned throughout the day of Saturday\, Oct 12\, 2019\, with more to be added in the coming months. \nThe event will include historical and cultural activities\, fun\, food\, demonstration\, hands on experiences\, a heritage parade through the bridge\, and photo opportunities.

SUMMARY:71st Annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival
DESCRIPTION:The 71st Annual Warner Fall Foliage Festival is scheduled during the upcoming Columbus Day Weekend. The festival begins on Friday\, October 5\, when the midway opens from 6 to 9 PM. The DoBros\, a local folkgrass/rock band\, are scheduled to play on the MainStreet Warner Stage from 7:30 to 10 PM. There will be numerous activities and entertainment throughout downtown on Saturday\, October 6\, from 9 AM to 9 PM\, and Sunday\, October 7\, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Parking is $5 and will be at the west end of town\, with free shuttle bus service to and from the festival. \nThe festival’s center will be located downtown Warner around Main Street\, and there will be easy access to the midway\, food tents and outdoors picnicking. As always\, there will be crafters\, a farmers market\, rides\, food\, parades\, road races\, raffles\, music\, country breakfasts and dinners…and much more. \nA renovated location behind The Foothills restaurant will host an Oxen Pull competition on Saturday starting at 9:30 AM. In this same location\, our very popular Woodsmen competition begins on Sunday at 11 AM. \nThe festival is organized by hundreds of local volunteers.
